Rita at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, OR
Mom has been admitted to Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) in Portland, Oregon. After many tests today, she is in her room for the night. Her treatment will begin at 6am (8am CDT) tomorrow (Tuesday) morning. Mom will undergo BBBD treatment and will remain in the hospital over the next 4 days. Suzie is with her right now and Leslie will be there Wednesday through Saturday. Leslie will be flying back with Mom on Saturday.
Suzie says she is doing well...just very nervous.
I will be handling things from Kentucky and Tennessee this time. I had to be at the airport this week for a quarterly art installation for Arts at the Airport.

Mom has finished day #1 of the treatment and she will do the 2nd round tomorrow. She did very well today, 12/5/06. She would love to hear words of encouragement from all of you. Please think about her in the next couple of days.
